USDA INSPECTED GROUND BEEF - Out of Stock
We offer USDA inspected ground beef from our cattle raised right here on the farm and processed at Cypress Valley Meat Company in Pottsville, Arkansas. Since we use all the standard cuts in our grind, including steaks and roasts, this meat is worlds above what you will find in a supermarket. This ground beef is lean with no additional preservatives. It is frozen and in 1lb shrink-wrapped packing.
USDA Inspected Beef Snack Sticks - Out of Stock
We also offer USDA inspected snack sticks from cattle raised here on the farm. The snack sticks are processed in Miami, Oklahoma at the Quapaw Food Service Authority meat processing facility (Native American owned). These snack sticks are not the cheap greasy types so often found in retail locations. These are made from a 90/10 blend of beef and mixed with high quality seasonings and smoked to perfection. They are packed individually in shelf stable 1 oz shrink-wrapped sticks. We have three flavors available - original, teriyaki, and peppered. These will not disappoint!
